Inspired at the water universe, I designed a cool and neutral baby bedroom. After searching on babies and water universe, I found out that babies are born with a blur vision and can’t see more that than black and white and only later they will be able to see colors. The process starts with the contrast of the colors, I came to learn, and this is the main reason why babies favorite toy's are usually very bright with color contrast. Bringing contrast to the bedroom was another way, in my view, to help kids recognize their room and feel secure. With that in mind, the wall was painted in a medium turquoise saturation, and fishes were made using spray graffiti contrasting colors: black, sand and light rose. A row paddle bed, a canoe crib, a fishnet lighting and a cool changing table and cabinet were made. As to follow the decor, a penguin, an owl, an octopus and a butterfly brought a girly mood. A fish mobile, and mosquito net held by a very heavy chain to resembles an anchor with some cloud mirrors to bring light and create an open space matching with some cloud pillows. The curtains were designed with fishes and tulips embroidery.
